
SUPPLY CHAIN RESTRUCTURING
Successfully reorganized a global clinical cold supply chain to prevent stock outs at clinical sites worldwide. Planning group failed to account for an upcoming four-fold increase in clinical demand. Assembled and led reorganization effort that included partnering with key internal and external groups (e.g., CMOs, clinical sites) to reprioritize near-term tasks and objectives. Achieved no enrollment interruptions of all 35 studies in 14 countries.

ERP SYSTEM REIMPLEMENTATION
ERP System Re-Implementation – Successfully led the reintroduction of an Oracle-based ERP system. Established and led a team tasked with developing and implementing a global retraining program, scrubbing the database to ensure its accuracy and setting a go-live date for all locations worldwide. Successfully met the go-live date with all sites and system users operating solely within Oracle.

LEADERSHIP OF CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP
Leadership of Corporate Partnership – Directed numerous vendor selection and qualification programs for supply of key components and materials. Led the negotiation and contract drafting for supply of a commercial product with global sales in excess of $2.5B. Brought the vendor and contract online, on time, and at a cost savings of $12M over the five-year term of the contract.
